Melissa teaches Mindfulness to those who attend Vibrant Psychology sessions. Mindfulness is a valuable life skill which can be used to observe the breath, body, emotions or cognitions/thoughts to provide the individual with increased self mastery and perspective. Essentially, Mindfulness allows us to become the non-judgemental “Witness” to what is occurring within and around us, so that we may increase our capacity to respond effectively, rather than react from our conditioned perspective.

Mindfulness has been found to be an effective way to increase our capacity to live in the moment, and to increase our inner contentment and capacity to relate to ourselves, others and the world around us. Mindfulness can be used by adolescents, children and adults and allows us to enjoy a greater sense of awareness and contentment in our daily life.
